Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026.
These terms govern the purchase of Project 2080 courses: online courses, cohort-based programmes and in-company training. We show them to you before you confirm your place, so please read them carefully.
Who sells the courses
- Owner: Daniel Blázquez Barcenilla
- Tax ID (NIF): 50125268B
- Address: Calle Francisco Umbral, 55, 28055 Madrid (Spain)
- Email: info@project2080.com
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law, in particular Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).
Who can book
To book a course you must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts. If you book on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
How booking works
In accordance with article 27 of the LSSI-CE, the process is as follows:
- You choose the course and the edition on its page, with its dates, timetable, format and price.
- You send a place request with your details. Sending it does not commit you to anything yet: your place is held while we review it.
- We confirm your place by email, with the final amount and payment instructions.
- You pay by bank transfer or through the payment platform indicated at that time.
- The contract is concluded once payment is received. We send you a confirmation email with a summary of what you have booked and the invoice.
Until you pay, you can correct any details by replying to our email. The contract is concluded in Spanish, or in English if the course is taught in English, and is kept on file by the owner: you can ask for a copy at any time.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one shown on the course page on the day you send your request.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer: we give you the account details when we confirm your place. Your place is secured once we receive the payment.
- Card or other methods through a secure payment platform. The payment is processed directly by that platform: we never see or store your card details.
If payment is not received within the period stated in the confirmation email, the place is released.
Access to the course
Before the start date we email you the instructions to access it: the link to the live sessions, the platform with the recordings or, for in-company training, the venue and schedule agreed with your company.
Access is personal. You may not share your login details or redistribute the course materials, which are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them in your own work and that of your company.
Changes to and cancellation of an edition
If, for reasons beyond our control, a date or session has to change, we will let you know as early as possible and offer you an alternative. If an edition does not reach the minimum number of participants or we have to cancel it, we will refund you in full or, if you prefer, move you to the next edition.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision before that period ends, to info@project2080.com. You may use the form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
We will refund all payments without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of receiving your decision, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will not incur any cost for the refund.
Exceptions, under article 103 of the TRLGDCU:
- If the course starts within the 14 days and you expressly ask for it to begin before that period ends, and you then withdraw, we will refund the proportion of the course still to be delivered.
- If the course is recorded digital content and you access it with your express consent, acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so, you will no longer be able to exercise it.
- If the course has already been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you book as a business, for example in-company training, the cancellation terms are those set out in the proposal we send you.
Liability
The courses teach methods and tools for project planning and project controls, but do not guarantee any particular result in your projects. We take great care over the content and the sessions, and we are responsible for the proper delivery of the service booked under the terms laid down by law.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms or providers, such as your internet connection or video-conferencing services, although we will do our best to make up the affected session.
Complaints and governing law
If something has not gone well, write to us at info@project2080.com and we will look for a solution.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless you are a consumer and the law entitles you to go to the courts where you live. If you live in the European Union, you can also turn to the consumer authorities or the alternative dispute resolution bodies of your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each booking is governed by the version in force on the day you send your request, and you can ask us for earlier versions by writing to info@project2080.com.
Withdrawal form
Model form from Annex B of the TRLGDCU. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
